Sagomate a Nastro

We produce shaped strips in various forms and sizes, which can also undergo stamping, using strips with a thickness ranging from 0.1 mm to 2 mm and a maximum length of 20 mm.

Materials

BSMolle pays great attention to the types of materials proposed to the customer during the design assistance phase, based on the application and environment in which the spring operates. For this reason, we have a wide range of raw materials available in stock and qualified suppliers at our disposal.

The most commonly used materials are:

  • Wire in carbon steel and pre-galvanized (according to standard UNI EN 102/70-1) in classes SM, SH, and DH
  • Wire in stainless steel (according to standard UNI EN 10270-3 ISO 6931-1) types 1.4310, 1.4310 HS, 1.4401, 1.4462, and 1.4568
  • Wire in pre-tempered steel (according to standards UNI 10270-2) in classes FD, TD, and VD
  • Strips in annealed or tempered carbon steel (according to standard EN 10132-4)
  • Strips in stainless steel (according to standard EN 10088)
  • Wires and strips in copper and copper alloys such as brass and phosphor bronze (according to standard UNI EN 12166)
